Sand, Gravel, Aggregate and Salt Delivery
We have a range of vehicles to suit your delivery needs,
be it a small tight driveway or a big wide one. We will deliver as best
we can, at your convenience Monday to Friday from 7:30am until 5:00pm
when possible. We will also deliver on Saturdays from 7:30am until 11:00am.
We request at least 48 hours notice for delivery in the spring and summer;
although in many cases we will try our hardest to get your load done within
24 hours. All the vehicles will loose tip materials where you would like
them as long as the required tip is in an accessible location.
The van is a 3.5 tonne LDV Convoy with a special aluminium body that allows
us to carry up to 1.7 tonnes. It is ideal for most driveways as it is
only a tiny bit bigger than a people carrier.
There are also two 4 wheel lorries with a capacity of just over 10 tonnes.
These are handy for builders and people doing home projects who need lots
of material and have plenty of space on a driveway, especially if they
are looking for a low price. We have access to larger lorries which carry
16 and 20 tonnes, as well, but you must have good access for these.
Our Delivery Areas
From our base in Thatcham we will endeavour to meet your delivery location needs, however our main delivery locations include Oxford, Swindon, Southampton, Reading and everywhere in-between.
Wrong Deliveries
Should a delivery unfortunately go wrong we will assess
the situation and do our best to help. See below:
1. Should it be a mistake on our behalf we shall rectify it free of charge
as soon as possible.
2. If the mistake is down to you we will gladly sort it out but unfortunately
a 20% penalty will be incurred due to time and fuel costs.
Refund Policy
1. If an item(s) has been ordered to a customer’s
specific requirement, then it will not be possible to offer a refund on
any goods returned.
2 . Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as originally tendered.
Assisting Deliveries
If for any reason you require help moving material of 1.7
tonnes or less we will gladly assist you or do the work for you. This
will cost more and be priced on application as it has to be pre arranged
with our driver and office.
